Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in contract discussions, pricing reviews and negotiations as part of learning.
  • Gather and monitor market insights and competitor activities to support sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth workflow and prepare sales materials.
  • Handle order processing, documentation, CRM updates and accurate customer record‑keeping.
  • Support in tracking sales performance, preparing reports and learning to use sales tools and reporting systems.
  • Contribute fresh ideas in process improvement discussions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in sales operation, supply‑chain management or related fields are beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency (CRM knowledge is an advantage).
  • Supply‑Chain Knowledge: Good understanding of supply‑chain management and processes.
