Qualifications

We are an established furniture manufacturer specializing in wooden furniture for export markets. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Executive (Export Market) to manage overseas customers, develop new markets, and support export sales operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, international sales exposure, and interest in the furniture export industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop overseas customers and distributors (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia, etc.)
  • Prepare quotations, costing, and sales proposals for export customers
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, QC, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Support export documentation such as PI, CI, PL, BL and shipment coordination
  • Attend international furniture fairs, exhibitions, or customer visits when required
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in furniture or export-oriented industries
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in export sales are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with export processes, Incoterms, and basic costing is a plus
