Job description

Basic understanding of retail marketing operation

Supporting in marketing calendar POSM to drive brand visibility & sales in ASEAN countries.

Manage social media accounts based on marketing calendar (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc.

Maintaining and updating marketing and business documentation.

Participate in promotions, campaigns, stores activities, and collaborations development to achieve stakeholders desired results.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across marketing, retail, and operations.

Work closely with marketing PIC in converting drafts into digital media / retail prints.

Video / Content editing using basic softwares (occasionally)

Participate diligently in marketing relevant tasks from time to time

Help out as and when required.

Core Skills

• Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point (Intermediate Level & above)
• CANVA (Intermediate Level & above)
• Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop (Will be an advantage)

Other Requirements

• Education: Diploma & above
• Language: Fluent English (Mandatory**to coordinate across countries when necessary)
• At least 2-years of focused experience in marketing / creative position
• Flexible, self motivated individual. Team-oriented is a must.
• Experienced in managing creative personnel will be highly considered.
