What You’ll Do:
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media platforms and the company website
  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries and feedback for follow-up actions
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry and general paperwork
  • Support day to day office operations and ensure documents are properly organized
  • Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve customer request or issues.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field
  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage)
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles will be an added advantage
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
