We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator & Specialist to support and build the brand of our international partner DM Composites as well as build our presence in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand growth within the industrial/composites sector.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media

• Manage and grow DM Composites’ social media presence, especially LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and create engaging content, including graphics, carousels, product highlights, customer features, and industry updates.
• Track social media analytics and optimise content performance.
• Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to support lead generation and brand visibility.

Content Creation & Design

• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects) to produce marketing materials.
• Receive raw materials from on-ground shoots of completed projects, edit and produce short videos for marketing campaigns and project demonstrations.

Website & SEO Coordination

• Update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate basic SEO improvements with internal or external teams (keywords, meta-data, content optimisation).
• Upload new product pages, news posts, and resources.

General Marketing Support

• Contribute flexibly to future marketing initiatives and ad‑hoc projects, supporting evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
• Strong experience in digital marketing and social media content creation (especially LinkedIn & Google Ads).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video editing preferred).
• Basic understanding of SEO, website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Ads, or similar).
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in B2B or industrial sectors is an advantage but not required.
