Overview
Marketing Associate role to support regional marketing and business initiatives across SEA, Japan, and Korea. This role combines data analysis, distributor coordination, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration, offering exposure to regional business operations in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with distributors across SEA, Japan, and Korea to develop business cases for growth initiatives and new product launches.
- Analyze sales trends, identify product phase-outs, and assess their impact on business performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze sales data to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage distributor programs by collecting monthly updates, analyzing account and sales data, and preparing internal and external communications.
- Design and write quarterly newsletters and marketing communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create visual materials such as flowcharts and “Instruction for Use” posters for hospital use, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Work closely with the Regulatory team to track healthcare policy updates, regulatory status, and industry changes.
- Respond to distributor inquiries related to sell sheets, mini dossiers, and efficacy reports.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Customer Service teams on distributor complaints, resolution tracking, and credit note processing.
- Maintain customer master agreements, manage pricing, and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, visualization).
- Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for sales data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, professional, and impactful presentations.
- Strong written communication skills with experience in content creation (newsletters, marketing materials).
- Able to work cross-functionally with regional teams, distributors, regulatory, quality, and customer service functions.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries will be an added advantage.
