A leading veterinary medical centre in Selangor is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating marketing materials, managing social media platforms, and executing campaigns. Responsibilities include coordination of marketing events and analyzing data to measure effectiveness. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Participating in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations;
Assisting in contributing ideas, the development and execution of marketing campaigns;
Coordinating with agency to manage social media platforms and websites, including content creation, scheduling and responding to messages;
Supporting the organisation of marketing events, including logistics and promotional activities;
Collaborating with internal teams and liaising with external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing projects;
Tracking and analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness;
Compiling and analyzing data and questionnaires;
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year marketing assistance or executive experience;
Fresh graduate degree holder in relevant field is welcome to apply;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, ppt);
Commercial awareness, able to analyse data and spot trends;
Numerical skills, including compiling and analysing spreadsheets;
Creative skills, including writing, design and simple video editing;
Great sense in artwork design; consistency of maintain corporate image;
Organizational & communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal and adaptability;
