Job description

Responsibilities

1. To assist the Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive in the day-to-day operations and administration of their office.
2. To assist the Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive in analysing and consolidating management reporting.
3. To build and establish good channel functions in operation.
4. To assist in the formulation and execution of corporate strategies.
5. To provide technical assistance when and where necessary.
6. To assist the Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive in confirming market selling price, promotion entitlement, delivery date & etc.
7. To assist in identifying business opportunities and oversee the development of effective marketing programs to increase market share and the inflow of income stream to the organisation.
8. To prepare a monthly performance report to the Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive.
9. To assist the Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive in ensuring strategies are running smoothly and find solutions if failed to achieve.
10. To keep a good relationship with customers and attend to salesperson/customer enquiries.
11. To carry out the customer service/visit plan as scheduled by the Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive.
12. To adhere to management system procedures and work instructions.

Experience: Online Marketing - E-Commerce (Preferred)
