Role Overview
Support the brand’s PR and influencer ecosystem by managing media relations, creator collaborations, product seeding, and day-to-day campaign coordination. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and creator culture.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing always-on and campaign-based influencer activities (KOLs, mid-tier creators, KOCs).
- Manage creator outreach, negotiation, briefing, follow-up, and content coordination.
- Track creator content quality, deadlines, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate product seeding with logistics, shipping lists, and fulfilment.
- Maintain an updated creator database with audience insights, style notes, content categories, and platform strengths.
- Monitor trends on TikTok, IG, Xiaohongshu to identify new creators relevant to fashion, culture, lifestyle, and modest wear.
- Work closely with agency to develop briefs and follow up closely on timely execution of deliverables.
Public Relations
- Support PR planning, media pitching, and relationship building with lifestyle, fashion, culture, and community media.
- Work with agency to draft press releases, media alerts, talking points, and event fact sheets.
- Organise PR events, media previews, styling shoots and briefings - coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, press kits, and follow-ups.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with editors, writers, and key opinion leaders.
Social & Trends Awareness
- Spot and share emerging cultural, creator, and social content trends weekly.
- Recommend timely activation ideas linking PR, creators, and key products.
- Provide competitor monitoring and cultural listening summaries.
Campaign Management
- Assist in preparing briefs, decks, workback schedules, and recap reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (merchandising, retail, e-comm, store ops) for sample pulls, approvals, and campaign requirements.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across PR assets, creator content, and social amplification.
Administration & Governance
- Handle invoicing, PO creation, and payment tracking for creators and agencies.
- Maintain campaign trackers, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, cultural sensitivity guidelines, and content approval processes.
Key Skills & Attributes
- 1–3 years experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, or agency environment.
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with editors, creators, and external partners.
- A digital native who understands culture, trends, and online communities.
- Passion for creative storytelling and building brand love.
- Strong interest in fashion, creators, social media trends, or cultural storytelling.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (especially for press releases and briefs).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of influencers, PR, media landscape, and social analytics.
- Bonus: Experience in video editing, photography, or TikTok content creation.
