As a Marketing and Event Executive at INFINITY HARTAWAY SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in executing and delivering successful marketing and event initiatives to drive the company's growth and brand awareness. Working within the Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing a variety of events, ranging from product launches to client networking functions. This full‑time position is based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end events, including venue sourcing, vendor sourcing & negotiation, logistics coordination, and on‑site management for exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events.
• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate expense tracking throughout the project.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost event attendance and brand awareness, using platforms such as social media, email marketing, and PR.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong collaboration.
• Oversee the development of event collateral, including invitations, brochures, signage, and presentations—ensuring brand consistency and clear communication.
• Analyze event performance and prepare post‑event reports with actionable insights for improvement.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage attendee data, track engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or higher in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of event planning processes, budgeting, logistics, and vendor negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Strong marketing knowledge, including social media marketing and CRM familiarity.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced work environment.
• A proactive team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work onsite at Aurora Place, BukitJalil.
• Must possess own transportation.
