Enfiniti Group is Malaysia’s leading creative powerhouse in theatre, cultural tourism, and immersive attractions (Dream Forest Langkawi, Tiarasa Escapes, Enfiniti Academy and Enfiniti Productions). We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Senior Executive to support our fast-growing portfolio of experiences and destinations. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to strengthen Enfiniti’s brand presence, drive audience growth, and support PR & digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns for Enfiniti’s brands (Dream Forest Langkawi, Tiarasa Escapes, Enfiniti Academy and Enfiniti Productions).
- Manage campaign timelines, content calendars, and deliverables across multiple platforms.
- Support the creation of on-ground activations, launches, and special events.
2. Content & Digital Marketing
- Manage day-to-day social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistency in voice and visuals.
- Write and edit marketing copy, blog posts, video reels, and website updates.
- Coordinate SEO/SEM initiatives to improve online discoverability.
- Assist in Google Ads, Google Analytics and GEO creation and monitoring.
- Liaise with designers, videographers, and external agencies for creative output.
3. Public Relations & Media
- Draft press releases, media advisories, FAQs, and key messaging documents.
- Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and bloggers for coverage.
- Assist in managing research, data entry, press events, interviews, and media kits.
- Monitor and track PR performance (press mentions, share of voice, sentiment).
4. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support collaborations with tour operators, hotels, airlines, and ministries.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and contra deals.
- Prepare partnership decks and assist in relationship management.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance of campaigns (reach, engagement, ticket sales impact).
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Benchmark Enfiniti against competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, PR, or digital marketing (entertainment, tourism, hospitality industry a plus).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Proficient in social media, digital marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- A creative, proactive, and resourceful team player.
