Job Description

• Manage planning, construction, and commissioning of a new build vessel
• Oversee vessel maintenance and technical work performed by crews and contractors
• Ensure compliance with class, statutory, and safety requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, purchase requisitions, and maintenance reports
• Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, and supervise technical work onboard
• Coordinate with shipyards, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver the vessel on time and within budget

Requirement

• Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture
• Proven experience in vessel management, offshore/marine operations, or new build vessel projects
• Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, maritime regulations, classification requirements, engine room, dynamic positioning vessel and offshore operations
• Experience managing technical and operational teams with leadership and coordination skills
• Exposure to international clients and offshore project execution is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site
