Mandarin-speaking Assistance Advisor (Travel & Healthcare)

Join a global leader in travel insurance and medical assistance in a permanent, full-time role with stable career growth and competitive benefits. Help customers in need, coordinate care with hospitals, and solve travel and health issues in real time across APAC, working with regional teams and gaining cross-border exposure.

What you will do
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails in Mandarin and English
  • Explain policy coverage and claims; triage urgent medical/travel cases
  • Coordinate hospital admissions, guarantees of payment (GOP), and medical transfers
  • Liaise with providers (hospitals, clinics, airlines) and our assistance network
  • Log cases in CRM; follow through to resolution; elevate when needed, and share ideas to improve CX
What you bring
  • Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese (written Mandarin is a plus) and good English.
  • Experience in client-facing and coordination roles (e.g., customer service/contact center, hospitality, travel/airline, logistics, healthcare admin, front office/concierge, account coordination).
  • Calm, empathetic problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork.
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, public holidays) (Operating hours: 07:00-22:00).
Nice to have, but not required
  • Medical assistance, TPA, or medical claims experience.
  • Hospital coordination or nursing/healthcare background.
  • Experience in travel, airline, or insurance environment.
  • Additional languages (e.g., Cantonese, Malay, Thai).
