  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support
  • Familiarity with Chinese culture to effectively address customer needs and concerns
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of Cantonese is an added advantage
  • Strong interpreting skills to accurately convey information between parties
  • Willing to work onsite in Persiaran Sultan, Seksyen 14, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
  • Available to start work on January 19th
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, services, and accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize interpreting skills to effectively communicate with customers who have limited English proficiency
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and data privacy
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and call handling efficiency
