A prominent asset management firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking a qualified professional for a fund management position. Responsibilities include monitoring client onboarding processes, conducting compliance checks, and handling client queries. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, have at least 5 years of experience in fund operations, and exhibit strong skills in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in both English and Malay is essential for this role.
Hong Leong Asset Management – Damansara, Selangor
Monitor daily processing of client onboarding and transaction submission by the cut-off time on a daily basis.
Conduct screening checks on client applications to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Handle and resolve clients' queries and report the customer issues to the relevant parties.
Perform annual review for AMLA screening and Client Risk Profiling Form assessment.
Perform weekly checks on Accuity Compliance Link Screening tool.
Draft and update Standard Operating Policies & Procedures (SOPP) for Unit Trust.
Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement and communicate the system issues in a timely manner.
Back-up unit trust processing, such as Sales/Redemption, EPF, etc.
Manage ad-hoc requests as assigned by the Management.
Possess Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management or any equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in fund management operations.
Sound knowledge in unit trust operations and products.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Malay.
