• Conduct comprehensive market research on competitive leasing trends within the geographical and catchment areas.
• Oversee the full leasing process, including planning, tenant sourcing, negotiations, administration, deal closure, and budget forecasting, with a focus on maximizing rental income, occupancy, and profitability by attracting desirable tenants (including long-term, short-term, specialty tenants, kiosks, and seasonal tenants).
• Source new, suitable tenants that align with the tenant mix plan, thinking creatively to introduce unique and high-quality brands.
• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and other key contacts.
• Oversee lease agreement negotiations and execution, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting the landlord's interests.
• Collaborate with legal teams to draft standard tenancy agreements, including landlord and tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines.
