A leading property management firm in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead their sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in property sales and marketing, with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, training personnel, and developing sales strategies. The role requires a degree/diploma in a relevant discipline and the ability to work analytically in challenging environments.
Lead, supervise, monitor and organize all resources to carry out sales implementation exercise to ensure all sales activities are executed successfully
Manage and motivate sales personnel, conduct training and monitor staff activities and performance to ensure a consistent level of operational excellence
Generate, analysis and propose strategy for the sales related report on timely manner
Participate and provide input during product development and price setting stage to assist in developing a market value product
Well verse in business plan target and develop overall sales strategy for given projects to meet company's target
Develop guidelines and workflow to ensure effective sales floor control, uphold sales team discipline and resolve conflicts
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Real Estate Management or a related discipline
Minimum 7 years' working experience in property sales and marketing
Strong leadership skills and good in presentation skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Flexible and able to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Able to be based at IOI Industrial Park, Bukit Changgang Sales Galleria at Banting
