Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the organisation’s ERM framework and policies (aligned with ISO 31000).
- Ensure ERM practices meet strategic and regulatory needs.
- Coordinate quarterly risk profiling for all business units and subsidiaries.
- Track and follow up on risk action plans with risk owners.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify emerging risks and evaluate mitigation effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Prepare and present quarterly risk reports to senior management and board committees.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all risk dashboards and documents.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support risk governance.
- Conduct risk awareness sessions and training for employees.
- Organise quarterly risk workshops with process owners.
- Promote a strong risk‑aware culture across the organisation.
Sustainability Reporting
- Collect, verify, and analyse sustainability data for reporting.
- Support materiality assessments and stakeholder engagements (surveys, interviews, workshops).
- Assist in preparing sustainability plans, progress reports, materiality matrices, and annual report sections.
- Lead internal sustainability campaigns and KPI tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Risk Management, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in ERM, Governance, Audit, or Sustainability.
- Knowledge of ISO 31000, Bursa Sustainability Reporting, GRI, TCFD, ISSB is an advantage.
