Manager - Portfolio Managers and Marketing Representatives

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of Relationship Managers to develop, manage, and strengthen the company’s business portfolio, ensuring strong intermediates relationships and sustainable growth.
- Formulate, implement, and monitor strategic marketing and business development plans to promote company products and achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Drive initiatives to enhance intermediates engagement through targeted marketing activities such as seminars, soft skills and product trainings.
- Develop strategies to improve client & intermediates satisfaction, retention, and portfolio profitability.
- Conduct and supervise market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, promote the company’s product line, and optimize digital and online platforms.
- Manage departmental operations, including planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring, to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare periodic reports and present insights to Head of Department or Senior Management for strategic decision-making.
- Undertake any other leadership or strategic duties assigned by Head of Department or Senior Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within financial services, banking, or investment sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge in Fundamental and/or Technical Analysis will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as required.
- Possess own transportation.
