Job Summary

The OSAT Manager will work with the Operations and OSATs engineering team for a smooth transition of new products to manufacturing; he will be the bridge between engineering teams in the US and the manufacturing team in OSAT to ensure high‑volume manufacturing/testing processes for new SiTime products are ready and aligned with the OSAT. The OSAT manager also oversees ORT (On‑Going Reliability) testing of SiTime products. He works cross‑functionally to lead LVM (Low Volume Manufacturing) of the new products while managing the safe launch of products to Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the NPI team to understand new products and ensure resources (HW, SW, personnel) are available and ready at OSAT for launching the new product.
  • Gather production/testing information and communicate it to OSAT.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to bring up OSAT, document all procedures, and confirm capacity.
  • Work with the PE and TE teams to ensure that final test processes are executable in high volume.
  • Oversee ORT and inform the cross‑functional team of any failures and lead initial data collection.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Familiar with high‑volume manufacturing and test (ATE).
  • Familiarity with running Qual (reliability) in the semiconductor industry.
  • Familiar with ATE testing, capacity calculation and planning.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or development in the semiconductor industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced, dynamically changing, collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP system is a plus.
