MANAGER, MARKETING DEPARTMENT (AUTOMOTIVE)

ProAuto Drive (KL) Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village

Lead the marketing team in developing engaging and creative content for social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to strengthen the company’s online presence and brand visibility.

Oversee social media accounts and ensure all inquiries are responded to within the expected timeframe.

Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as roadshows, canvassing activities, showroom events, mall events, and other on-ground campaigns.

Stay highly attuned to current social media and digital trends to enhance marketing strategies, improve content development, and drive meaningful engagement both online and offline.

Guide the marketing team in conducting research and exploring innovative ideas to support marketing campaigns and objectives.

Track, evaluate, and measure the performance of social media activities, marketing campaigns, and events, while analyzing competitor activity and recommending improvements for future initiatives.

Ensure all marketing activities and materials strictly comply with Proton’s marketing policies and guidelines.

Collaborate closely with other departments to support and achieve overall company targets.

Prepare and present marketing performance reports during monthly management meetings.

Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and business judgment capabilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrates strong leadership qualities; confident, self-driven, and highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency.

Capable of working effectively within multi-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Willing to be based in Kinrara, Puchong.
