Qualifications

Main Accountabilities
  • Formulate leasing strategy to maximise occupancy and revenue for the retail centres.
  • Strategise leasing activities for short term business plan to increase occupancy and revenue to the retail centres.
  • Develop cross leasing activities and negotiation with other retail properties/assets whenever required.
  • Monitor Tenants’ Gross Sales for tenancy renewal and replacement.
  • Conduct market survey to monitor the retail industry market trends.
  • Manage tenancy management documentations and departmental reports.
  • Guide Leasing Team through leasing negotiation and commercial terms discussion with the Tenants or Retailers for each retail centre.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong retail networking in both international and local brands and their representatives.
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in the retail centre management industry (or related).
  • Capable of managing a small team of 5.
  • Experience in dealing with and successfully concluding agreements with anchor and mini-anchor tenants or retailers.
  • Background in retail centers and shopping malls and business development management is preferred.
  • Experienced in fashion, beauty, and cosmetics categories is preferred.
