Job description

Manager, IT Security Operation & SOC Monitoring

To provide guidance and support to the team on IT Security administration, maintenance & update firmware, patches and so on.

To work with the team and allocate resources for IT Security operational delivery, incident / change / problem management, vendor management, inventory management and Security capacity planning.

To ensure monitoring of Security Devices in good practice and secure.

To ensure the IT Security Documentation, Procedures and guidelines are maintained and up-to-date.

To ensure all team members understand and comply to company policies and procedures.

To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company’s code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.

What we're looking for

Diploma / Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in the related field or IT Banking Industry.

3 years or more management experience in information security or cyber risk areas.

Professional certification (CISM, CSXP, CREST, GPEN, CEH, Comptia Security+, Comptia CASP+, GCIH, GSEC, OSCP ) will be an added advantage.
