Manager-Finance & Administration (Based at Sri Hartamas Kuala Lumpur)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager-Finance & Administration to lead the group’s finance operations, including financial consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate brings deep real estate finance expertise, strong analytical skills, and a passion for building scalable financial frameworks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for budget and projection and providing variance analysis for quarterly progress reports.
  • Cashflow management, treasury functions and liaison with bankers on banking facilities and utilization.
  • Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Report and Annual Report according to MFRS and Listing Requirement.
  • Implement and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes.
  • Assist in the digital transformation of the group’s financial management by actively participating in system upgrades and process optimization and assisting in the implementation.
  • Support and guide Finance staff on operational and technical issues.
  • Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role (minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role), preferably in a corporate or public listed company environment.
  • Proven track record in leading financial operations and ERP implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge and relevant experience in the property development industry, with solid technical knowledge in MFRS 15 & MFRS 16.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, able to connect with personality of various management levels.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
  • Willing to work in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
