We are looking for a smart, analytical, proactive, and reliable finance professional to join our team. This role plays a key part in executive reporting, strategic planning, performance management, and preparation of key executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Identify trends, evaluate data, and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Prepare high‑quality presentation decks for AMP, Group Finance reviews, annual conventions, and other executive meetings.
- Review financial papers, proposals, and submissions for accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate data and inputs from internal teams and ensure timely reporting.
- Consolidate complex information into clear, structured executive summaries.
- Manage and track financial or strategic projects across departments.
- Ensure timely delivery and high‑quality outputs from cross‑functional teams.
- Act as a bridge between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare summaries, talking points, and briefing notes for key discussions.
- Handle special analyses, urgent tasks, and high‑priority matters as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Audit.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modelling & presentations).
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written) is a strong advantage.
- Mature, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- High integrity and commitment to delivering quality work within deadlines.
