Job description

Uphold satisfaction by delivering Facility Management services effectively to the HQ.

Ensure Tenant Satisfaction is consistently achieved.

Verify that all on-site Contractors comply with SOP, undergo necessary training and induction, and possess accurate documentation at all times.

Ensure the appointed property management firm adheres to SOP and attains Group KPIs.

Compliance

Maintain compliance of the Building/Office with Regulatory, Statutory, Local Authority, and company policy requirements.

Achieve or surpass established KPIs; monitor and execute Action Plans accordingly.

Coordinate with relevant government authorities and agencies on licensing, building bylaws, utilities, safety, health, and environmental matters, including office waste removal, to ensure statutory compliance.

Supervise and ensure compliance of the appointed property management firm, security company, and other service providers with Additional By-Law requirements.

Manage facility operations, energy consumption, and maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure facility and building maintenance aligns with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Strategize, coordinate, and oversee maintenance of the Company’s facilities and building management systems and technologies.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repairs of the building, mechanical systems, grounds, and equipment, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager to establish and maintain connections with relevant authorities and service providers (such as ST, DOSH, BOMBA, DBKL, TNB, Syabas) to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.

Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Facilities Manager.

At least 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building operations maintenance.

Possess practical expertise in overseeing the technical aspects of building and facility management.

Familiarity with tendering procedures and proficient in securing accurate quotations for required work.

Thorough understanding of local legislation governing building management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are imperative.

Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Capable of effectively sharing knowledge and facilitating learning initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervisory/management roles within facilities management, maintenance management, or building operations maintenance.

Proficient in managing technical aspects of buildings and facilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

Well Versed in Strata Management Act 2013 is a MUST.
