Lead and manage the Customer Service department towards achieving continuous improvements in Customers’ Satisfaction. Handling and Management of VVIP/VIP Patients/Customers. Handling of Customers’ Feedbacks. To be one of the main liaison person for the Board of Visitors of the hospital.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Nursing or other medical related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Customer Service or in the Hospitality industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills; adaptable to fast-paced working environment.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work 6 days a week.
