Manager & Crew Restaurant - Midvalley Megamall Kuala Lumpur

As a Manager & Crew Restaurant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the restaurant operations at our Marrybrown location in Midvalley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional dining experience every time they visit. You will work closely with your team to deliver efficient and friendly service, while also overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and managing the restaurant crew, including scheduling, training and performance management
• Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all customers
• Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory
• Overseeing the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant to maintain high standards
• Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
• Generating sales and driving profitability through effective operational management
• Reporting on key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
