  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in financial modelling, performance monitoring, and corporate strategy.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or railway industry preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a start‑up environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Corporate Planning function to develop strategic, business, and financial plans aligned with EOSB’s vision and long‑term goals.
  • Formulate strategies to support passenger and freight business growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to support evidence‑based decisions.
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.
  • Drive cross‑departmental alignment in corporate strategy, budgeting, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Advise the CEO and management team on investment priorities, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Integrate safety and regulatory compliance as key components in strategic and operational planning.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
