Job summary

A property development firm in Petaling Jaya seeks a Manager for Corporate Finance & Treasury. Our client is a full‑fledged property player. Their core businesses are in property development, construction and project management consultation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Group on corporate finance, strategic planning and fundraising initiatives
  • Lead corporate exercises from conceptualisation to completion i.e. mergers and acquisitions, disposals, group restructuring
  • Conduct and review financial models, due diligence and financial analysis on potential investments/divestments
  • Prepare cashflow projections to support corporate and project funding exercises
  • Able to liaise and work well with external professional parties such as bankers, lawyers, valuers, etc.
  • Assist to support the Groups investor relations function
Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking or similar role, preferably with experiences in property development industry.
  • Possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modelling.
