Oversee adherence to policies and SOPs by deploying monitoring, assurance reviews, and selective validations to confirm processes operate as intended and reinforce organisational compliance.

Rationalise policy inventory by removing duplications, closing gaps vs. compliance obligations, and mapping controls to reduce complexity and strengthen first‑line ownership.

4. Compliance Assurance

Provide organisationwide by reviewing the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance monitoring results, and high‑risk areas across all functions to safeguard operational integrity.

Escalate significant compliance risks and control gaps to Senior Leadership Committee and Board‑level committees, enabling proactive decision‑making, risk mitigation, and strengthening organisational resilience.

5. Advisory & Stakeholder Management

Advise senior management on compliance obligations and trends by analysing findings, regulatory updates, and control performance to support strategy, investment choices, and operational decisions.

Influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders by translating standards into actionable guidance, toolkits, and training to ensure consistent adoption and first‑line accountability.
