Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager in driving the airport commercial leasing portfolio by coordinating and executing leasing strategies that optimize space utilization, revenue generation, and retail performance—ensuring alignment with company strategy, fostering strong retailer partnerships, and enhancing customer experience across MAHB airports
• Key personel to assist Senior Manager to ensure coordination and alignment of company strategy and execution
• To drive the team toward achieving optimum product categorization to yield maximum financial performance, enhance value proposition and elevate customer experience
• Active participation in the maximization of commercial revenue through space planning with Strategy unit and Retail Performance Unit.
• To assist Senior Manager and work together with Strategy unit to strategize for MAHB commercial retail plan
• Airport development – New terminal/ Redevelopment/ Expansion
• Procurement strategy i.e. package deal, T-8 tender, Direct negotiation and open tender.
• Benchmarking and rental model
• Retail Mix composition
• New outlets concept generation
• Effective management of CAPEX / Investment through ROI analysis
• Non-financial monitoring – Customer experience / Transition Management
• To continuous explore new initiatives to enhance revenue with retailers to meets customer needs and expectation and enhancing customer experience.
