Job summary

A leading airport management company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced project manager to manage ICT projects and airport systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the airport industry, and be capable of overseeing project timelines while ensuring quality standards. POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Manage and monitor all ICT projects and airport systems for the project in ensuring all targets are met on cost, quality and time aspects

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Preparation of ICT project brief and relevant Board papers.
  • Develop and monitor ICT project implementation programs
  • Coordination with other department, consultants, contractors and suppliers involved in the project to ensure timely completion and budget
  • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports of Airport System & Facilities
  • Develop and implement all quality control programs
  • Constantly liaise with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are carried out and completed within the expected time, cost whilst maintaining quality

Managing project timelines and balancing it with meeting targeted quality

Skills

Methodical approach and project minded (drives completion in meeting targets)

Relevant Industries

Degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Education
  • Degree preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science field

Experience in project management particularly airport related and familiar with airport procedures
