Job Description

• Provide support in the driving of organization effectiveness transformation strategies across all business and support units.
• Assist in the quantitative analysis and interact with stakeholders to build business cases and develop solutions to translate organization-wide strategic direction into actionable and executable initiatives.
• Support large-scale bank-wide projects that incorporate transformational, practical and innovative solutions to address business challenges and in achieving organizational goals.
• Support in the delivery of complex organization effectiveness change programs that enhances the business operation.
• Assist in the monitoring of overall project progress and deliverables in meeting project objectives, budget and datelines.
• Work with regional stakeholders to ensure sound governance and organizational alignment between group function and international branches.
• Facilitate the running of Operating Rhythm management meetings and business reviews.
• Provide overall support to the CEO Transformation Office in the wide range of tasks and responsibilities with the intention to drive strategic growth for the bank.
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external stakeholders; Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field.
