• Provide good services to all merchants.
• Monitor merchant sales volume and manage attrition.
• Achieve the target set by Management.
• Understand the merchant’s need.
• Build good relationship with merchants and work closely for upcoming projects.
• Comply with Visa & Mastercard acquiring compliance.
• Follow Affin Bank’s internal policy.
• Adhere to Bank Negara’s policy & procedures.
