A financial services organization in Malaysia is seeking a Business Continuity Management specialist to develop, implement, and maintain their business continuity framework. The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in BCM within financial institutions, strong communication and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree. This role is crucial for ensuring the organization can recover from disruptions and minimize risks effectively.
This position is responsible for the overall development, implementation and maintenance of the Company’s business continuity management framework. This role is crucial in ensuring that HLA can continue to operate and recover from unforeseen events and disruptions, thereby minimizing financial loss and reputational damage.
Bachelor's degree. Certification in BCM such as CBCP or DRCE will be an added advantage.
Proficient knowledge of IT Risk / IT Compliance / IT Audit.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in BCM in a financial institution, related financial services functions or consulting firms.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departmental line as a team player and exercise informed judgment and advice in regulatory and risk management matters.
Able to work independently or as part of a team. Good writing skills. Good internal control knowledge.
