Manager, Building (Maintenance/Data Centre)

Lead and manage 24/7 data centre critical operations team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable functioning of infrastructure. Serve as subject matter expert on critical electrical/mechanical systems with a focus on achieving 100% uptime. Oversee operations, maintenance, and modifications of M&E systems including HVAC, UPS, generators, BMS, fire detection, and more. Manage the Command Centre, ensuring proper incident response, escalation, reporting, and resolution. Ensure SLA compliance with customers, including environment control, uptime, and timely reporting. Oversee Change Management processes including lockout/tagout and method statements. Develop and maintain all MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs; ensure team is well-trained on them. Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and certification renewal. Collaborate with EHS and other teams to maintain a safe working environment. Plan and manage annual maintenance, capital upgrades, and future infrastructure needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation for operations and compliance. Handle team management – training, performance reviews, coaching, and discipline. Provide 24/7 on-call support, including during emergencies, holidays, or after hours.

  • CDFOM certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
