Job description

As a Manager in our apparel business, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our operations to ensure the continued success and growth of our brand. Reporting directly to upper management, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated team, implementing effective strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence within the apparel division.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and plans that align with the company's vision and objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  3. Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine the company's short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
  4. Interpret profit and loss (PNL) statements at a surface level to inform decision-making.
  5. Achieve operational and financial results—both top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability).
  6. Monitor and analyze revenue streams including sales, services, and other sources, with emphasis on identifying trends and patterns.
  7. Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across all functional areas, including production, supply chain, R&D, marketing, sales, and customer service.
  8. Ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  9. Develop systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
  10. Champion innovation and continuous improvement to maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and execute strategies for expanding market share and increasing sales revenue.
