Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales, service, and operational KPIs in line with our standards.
Manage staffing needs, team scheduling, and manpower planning.
Train, coach, and develop team members for performance improvement and career growth.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
Support local store marketing activities and contribute to sales growth and profitability.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in F&B operations (for ARM positions).
Fresh graduates from Hospitality, Culinary, or F&B fields — or those passionate about the industry — are encouraged to apply (for Management Trainee positions).
Solid understanding of restaurant operations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
