Job description

Assist in monitoring daily operations of all mining and sand washing sites through reports, photos, videos, and updates from site teams.

Compile, review, and verify daily production reports, manpower attendance, downtime, and equipment usage submitted by site supervisors.

Follow up with sites on operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and organize documents related to Mining Licence (ML), Operation Mining Scheme (OMS), EIA, safety compliance, and site audits.

Assist in preparing documents for authorities, consultants, and internal reviews.

Track licence expiry dates, renewal timelines, compliance submissions, and operational permits.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational summaries for management.

Travel to mining sites across Malaysia for inspections, verification of reports, and operational assessments.

Capture photos/videos and prepare site visit summaries for management.

Job Requirement

Preferable a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mining engineering, geology, or business administration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

A keen interest in the mining industry and a passion for contributing to the growth and success of the company

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges

Language: Malay and English; Mandarin will be advantage
