Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in a 24-month accelerated induction programme with rotations within home functions or cross-functional areas.
• Gain exposure to various business segments including Business Banking, Channels & Digitalisation, Commercial Banking, Compliance, Corporate Banking, Finance, Financial Institutions Group, Global Markets, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Investment Banking, Personal Financial Services, Risk Management, Technology & Operations, or Transaction Banking.
• Develop core competencies and technical skills to fast-track your career within the bank.

About you

The company is looking for:

• Malaysian nationality
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognised university
• Less than two years of work experience
• An impressive record of achievements in academics, leadership, and extracurricular activities
• Fluency in English and preferably a second language
