We’re looking for dynamic and driven fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience to join our Management Associate Program (MAP). This 24 month fast‑track program offers cross‑functional exposure, professional development, and mentorship from senior leaders to accelerate your growth into a leadership role.

Responsibilities
  • Exposure to various functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, General Accounting, Management Reporting & Cost Controlling.
  • Perform daily operational tasks to gain practical business experience.
  • Undergo comprehensive on‑the‑job training programmed under the direction of an experienced leader.
  • Process and verify invoices to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Business partnering with business group on the preparation of management reports.
  • Responsible for accurate posting of journal entries in SAP.
  • Ensure month‑end closing tasks are completed on time to ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Supporting any ad‑hoc requirement requested by business group.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, etc).
  • Good understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in finance‑related role.
  • Fresh graduate with leadership experience will also be considered.
