Responsibilities

To ensure that the operations achieve optimum performance and efficiency through the appointed outsource vendors and in-house operations team.

Practicing a long‑term asset maintenance plan to ensure that the building is kept in shape as new.

Ensure the Shopping Mall is secure, safe and well maintained.

General liaison contacts for the daily operational Shopping Mall matters.

Manage the outsourced services e.g. Housekeeping, Waste Management, Carpark & Security.

Top‑prepare a report which includes update on operational matters.

To do any Ad‑Hoc assignment from time to time as and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad‑Hoc / Admin Task.

Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as all relevant company group policies and procedures.

Control and monitor the set‑up and move‑out process at common area in order to meet our standard.

Daily check the atmosphere and ambience in the Shopping Mall to meet our standard.

Handle the incident and complaint concerning the common area and handle the insurance claim and execute the reinstatement of the damaged assets.

Support and work closely with Fit‑Out Department concerning move‑in and move‑out tenants.

Daily monitor the outsourced staff performance.

Ensure tenants/customer get relevant service related to operation in due time, example: by means of following up response time on tenants/customer enquiries.
