Who You Are:

Maintenance Technician II – Equipment Engineering Group

Position Summary:

Maintenance Technician II responsible for all machine and tool in production include Sawing room.

Experience with Test, AVI, Tape & Reel, Pick & Reel, Panel Tester, AOQC, Sawing, Mounter, Pick and Reel process.

What You Will Do:

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, set-up, initialize, machine conversion and 6S.
• Spare part control and cost saving project.
• Perform machine repair and verify functionality of modules.
• Enhance of PM procedures.
• Ensure and build in safety ergonomic factor into existing equipment.
• Optimizes equipment reliability and improvements.
• Reliable and careful to complete task given without fail with compliant to EHS procedure.
• Full participation in improving Product/ Process Yields, Safety, Quality and Environment & Equipment.
• Punctually return from break time and to work with good attendance including OT support when required.
• Good attitude towards superiors, associated engineers and team members with good teamwork.

What You Will Bring (RequiredQualifications):

MUST have working experience in semiconductor machine troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and safety control.

Field of Study

• Any engineering with related field.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

• 3 - 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Test machine process.
• Experience in Pick and Reel machine process.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Independent and aggressive with excellent supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
