The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support and oversee all maintenance and repair activities across our properties. This role will ensure technicians complete their tasks efficiently, issues are resolved on time, and communication between departments, vendors, and building management runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance and operational tasks across multiple properties.
  • Assign jobs to technicians, monitor their progress, and ensure timely and proper completion of all tasks.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and building management to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Track and update maintenance schedules, reports, and operational records.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance workflow and service quality.
  • Provide support and guidance to technicians when needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in operations coordination, maintenance scheduling, or property/facilities support.
  • Ability to oversee technicians and ensure work quality and completion.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge in property operations, maintenance, or related fields.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
