Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds at various facilities/sites including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Perform maintenance repairs and services; conduct daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations.
• Conduct corrective service and repair/restoration works where and when necessary.
• Schedule and oversee regular inspections and contract servicing to ensure the working conditions of all equipment.
• Manage an inventory record of parts and supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance work.
• Operate and perform periodical checks on the maintenance equipment, water pressure, generator set, etc.
• Highlight any matters that require future upgrading work.
• Perform other duties from the norm as requested by the Hotel Manager.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
