Job description

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.

2. Equipment Troubleshooting & Reliability Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability and performance.

3. Resource & Spare Parts Coordination Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with procurement to ensure the availability of critical spares and maintenance resources.

4. Maintenance Data & Reporting Maintain equipment history records, track maintenance activities, and prepare periodic performance and reliability reports.

5. Process Improvement & Compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance practices while ensuring compliance with HSE standards, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations.

6. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules and safety requirements.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical , Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
  • Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering practices and asset performance monitoring.
