Lead and supervise our skilled maintenance and electrical team across all terminals under FBG.
Organize daily repair jobs, plan preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Promote workplace safety, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a safety-first culture.
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of all machinery.
Prepare and review maintenance reports, optimize team performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Act swiftly to manage emergency issues and ensure minimal downtime in our operations.
Provide and participate in training programs, expanding your expertise and supporting the growth of your team.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
A Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
Familiarity with centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps, transfer pumps, condensate pumps, and other equipment.
Knowledge of boilers, gensets, electrical panel boards, and wiring diagrams.
