Job description

Main Construction - Project Team (Multiple Positions)

Lead and manage full project delivery for high-rise/tall building construction from planning to completion.

Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and internal teams.

Oversee project schedule, cost, procurement, QA/QC, testing & commissioning and site safety.

Review high-rise structural drawings, M&E coordination, façade works and complex construction sequences.

Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, codes and building standards.

Drive risk management, problem-solving and timely resolution of site challenges common in tower construction.

Prepare progress reports and ensure all works meet quality and technical specifications.

Lead, mentor and support the project and site teams for the main contractor.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.

Proven experience managing high-rise buildings, towers or complex vertical projects.

Ability to work in Kuala Lumpur area.

Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and M&E coordination for tall buildings.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands‑on, solution‑driven, and able to thrive in fast‑paced project environments.
