About the Role

As a CBRE Mailroom Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth mailroom operations and providing general maintenance support across the facility. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and basic handyman capabilities to maintain a functional and efficient workplace.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with courier services.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies such as envelopes, labels, and packaging materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery and pickup schedules are adhered to.
  • Liaise with external vendors and courier services to resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom area.
  • Assist with bulk mailings and special delivery requests.
  • Support administrative tasks related to mailroom operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
  • Liaise with contractors for specialized repairs and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure a hazard‑free environment.
  • Manage inventory of tools and repair supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
What You’ll Need
